Axial Flow - Compression Column
Lindholt BioScience's Axial Flow is the compression column for industrial-scale preparative liquid chromatography separation. When users need to pack preparative columns with diameters above 50mm, traditional pre-packed columns struggle to achieve high column efficiency and symmetry. Additionally, column head collapse during use often leads to decreased column efficiency and poor stability, making it unsuitable for long-term continuous purification production. The Axial Flow system's piston provides continuous pressure during operation, ensuring optimal packing bed density and stability, thus maintaining optimal separation performance over extended periods.
Product Features:
1. Uses German MAXIMATOR pneumatic hydraulic pump made of stainless steel, ensuring the fastest compression of the column bed with strong anti-corrosion capabilities.
2. Equipped with British NORGREN pneumatic regulator valve, integrating switch valve, control valve, and oil-water separator into one unit for convenient operation and enhanced safety.
3. Optional column temperature control system available to increase chromatographic process stability. Forward-reverse flow design facilitates the elution of strongly retained substances and CIP of packing materials.

It features high-precision gradient systems and fully automatic collection functions. The detector uses fiber optic connections, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Equipped with FDA-certified industrial Siemens Wincc platform and PLC, the software validation complies with 21CFR Part11. The pilot-scale Pilot Stream-C is a fully automated chromatography system designed for process development, scale-up and small-scale production. Oligonucleotide Synthesizer

The Oligo-C series is a flexible and intuitive fully automated oligonucleotide synthesizer capable of rapid synthesis of 10μmol - 50mmol nucleic acid samples, suitable for clinical research, pharmaceutical development and molecular diagnostic probe synthesis.
